If history teaches us anything it is that having a singer who also fancies playing a keyboard just doesn’t work. It takes away from a pivotal role. Salad got closer to success than most, but if you want keyboards in the band, get a keyboard player as an intrinsic member. Singers need to sing, and stamp their character on events.
