This was an odd one. I didn’t really know much about Suede’s music, but a Japanese fanzine had been in contact with me, asking for some of my photos, which I duly provided, and then they asked if I could get Suede shots. Their press office happily provided me with a pass and so I was able to oblige. It was a triumphant performance, best I could tell, the band exuding confidence, the band either still promoting the “Dog Man Star album, or preparing people for “Coming Up”.
