ON THIS DAY ... in 1992 - SUCK HENRY
56 photos of a mighty line-up for the Falcon, 26th March 1992
This was the early period of Suck Henry which saw them all but morphing out of Junior Manson Slags as we have three of that awesome band involved, with Michelle now on main vocals, and two guitars (out of three) in Camden legend Finn Panton (R.I.P.) and the extraordinary Gordon Watson. Gordon had been in Real Macabre and went on to the bowel-loosening Terminal Cheesecake, alongside about a dozen other bands (check his discogs page), plus we have long term drum assassin Jim Young, Michael Yee-Chong (now an outrageously talented photographer) on bass, and even further guitar thrust from former Rosa Mota man Ian C. Bishop (later Horsepower). Nuanced noise galore. Brilliant people, brilliant songs.
