The final 43 photos from Roskilde. 1989

The final shots of the Roskilde festival, with D-A-D (Disneyland After Dark) playing a triumphant home headliner. There’s a couple of shots of people in the photo pit with me, but I no longer remember who they were. As well as me being there to interview the band for a promotional video package that would be used across America, so there was a contingent of American music journalists there to report back about the band.

Come to think of it, I do have more photos from the festival (in terms of the place itself, not the bands), and Copenhagen itself. I may dig those out and scan them, so perhaps you haven’t seen the last of all this?
