ICEBOX JULIAN was the compere some nights at the Bull & Gate as well as a bona fide comedic song performer. Always entertaining, his life would be cut short when still very young, having left London for Norway. R.IP.
DETBANANAICECUBE, as the pictures well amplify, were a bunch of nutters. Female singer Sara Davis was a freelancer with Melody Maker at the time.
