SPECIMEN - DISCOGS

The year of their splittage in the UK, following which Olli Wisdom (R.I.P.) relocated Stateside for a while before globetrotting and discovering his true love of psytrance music and his prolific Space Tribe project. Reunion spells with Specimen would yield the albums “Electric Ballroom” (2007), “Alive At The Batcave” (2008) and “Wake The Dead” (2013). It’s worth pointing out that because their longest original released “Batastophe” (1983) was only six songs long you’re better off tracking down either compilation “Wet Warm Clingfilm Red Velvet Crush” (Cleopatra) or “Azoic” (Jungle), the latter possessing superior artwork.
