Ah, the Fiends. Look at all the detail, the way the props are lovingly strewn. Here they are, touring like dementoids, in a busy year, which saw the release of the wonderful “Acid Bath” album. They also had a cassette through F. O. Reckords (“Turn The Monitors Up”) which is one of those tapes that keeps turning up whenever I go through the office looking for stuff. Next time I will play it! Singles too, naturally - the classic trio of ‘Dead And Buried’, ‘R.I.P.’ (which I want played at my funeral) and ‘E.S.T.’
