I listed these on Substack earlier, but have since tidied some up and managed to lighten others. Here they are, on top form at a surprisingly dimly lit Hope & Anchor. The place was rammed so I’m stuck pretty much in one spot, so you can barely see Paul Fox (R.I.P.). Due to the unexpected passing of Malcolm Owen (R.I.P.) the band didn’t last long, and also didn’t release any dross. One fine album in “The Crack” and a string of brilliant singles - ‘In A Rut’, ‘Babylon’s Burning’, ‘Something That I Said’, ‘Staring At The Rude Boys’, ‘Jah War’ and ‘West One (Shine On Me)’. A truly classic band, and RUTS DC continue that tradition to this day, with regular touring and some great new songs.
